The safety and welfare of our customers & staff are the top priority. We have a professional security team located across the event site, in addition to a medical & welfare centre.

If you, or anyone, feels unwell or uncomfortable at any point please approach a member of security, staff or visit the medical & welfare centre.

The welfare & medical teams are here to help with any issues you may have and offer immediate assistance without judgment.
 
 
Please note there is a chance of classic British summer showers so please dress accordingly and come prepared.
 
 
Stay hydrated - There are a number of drinking water points located throughout the site. Bring an empty, clear, plastic bottle or drinks container and make use of the water points located throughout the event site (absolutely no glass allowed).
 
 
Look out for friends - Keep an eye out for anyone who looks to be in distress or who may need assistance.

Ask for help - If you or your friends are worried, please talk to the event staff, who will be happy to help.

Remember to look after each other.
 
 
The festival is held on Torre Abbey Meadows (Grass). Please make sure you come prepared with the correct footwear!
 
 
Electric Bay Festival aims to cater for all access needs to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time at the festival.

We will offer several facilities and services onsite including:

Accessible viewing areas – Capacity is limited and at busy times those able to stand may be asked to make way for those unable to. This is area needs to be prebooked. Details on our website.

Unfortunately, we do not have BSL / Sign Language interpreters at the festival.

Electric Bay does not accept any form of harassment or violence towards customers or staff. If you, or anyone, is feeling unsafe please approach a member of security, staff or bar staff and Ask for Angela. Our staff will know that you are in need of immediate help and will be able to get you away from the situation safely and discreetly.
 
 
Electric Bay Festival operates a strict zero-tolerance drugs policy. Searches will be in operation and this is a condition of entry to the venue.

Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution.

We reserve the right to pass your details to the relevant authorities should we consider an offence or criminal act has taken place.

A drug testing charity has warned festival-goers that potentially deadly super-strength MDMA pills are being sold in the UK.

Please reduce the number of valuables you bring to the festival and keep any you do bring with you securely.

Lost & found property is collected and logged onsite at the Info Point.

After the festival, please email info@louderuk.com who will have the log of all property collected and aim to reunite you.
 
 
We are located in a residential area, so please respect our neighbours. Use our dedicated bins and leave the area quietly. Extra toilets are available outside the venue for use on entry and exit.

Our team are here to look after you, please follow staff instructions for a safe exit.
